Returns Policy:

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your BUBBU order, we offer a full return within 30 days of receipt.

The following restrictions may apply.

  • Certain items are designated as final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • The product page indicates whether an item is a final sale item.

  • Any seasonal surcharges will be included in your order’s delivery total and are non-refundable, because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

 

We kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original state and/ or packaging.

  • All product components (if applicable) must be included to be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Apparel has the original tags attached. Accessories (if applicable) have all parts of the original packaging.

  • Please note that we are unable to accept any right of withdrawal from you for customized & personal items (if applicable) as these are made uniquely for you. These items can only be returned to us if there is a manufacturing defect.

 

Refund Policy:

  • Purchases made by debit or credit card (including pre-paid gift cards) and through PayPal will be credited back to the original form of payment.

  • If you paid with a BUBBU Gift Card, you will be issued a separate E-Gift Card for the refunded amount.

  • Returns that have been initiated on our website can take 1-2 weeks to process depending on when the return is received.

  • Please make sure you select the right item(s) you wish to return to avoid delays in refunding. *

  • If you receive a product with a defect, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

  • In the case where you are unsatisfied, we will refund you up to 50%** (item cost only, not including shipping and so. on), and you may do with the product as you wish.

 

BUBBU is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges incurred.
